When all through the night, the boys were yammering on about all the geek-shit they were hoping to get. At least, I assume that’s what they were doing. This was supposed to go out to you guys before Christmas, but they’ve been so busy playing… um… with their toys… um, well. Here it is, the Post-Pre-Christmas Post. According to Kev, they mainly talked about 3 movie trailers:
Nick Fury appears in Hulk and Iron Man. Hopefully he does more than just appear, hopefully he brings his FURY!
Hellboy 2 trailer. There’s a hell and there’s a boy. Again. And that cool fish dude.
Duke Nukem Forever? FOREVER!
Peace Out!

Kev: Well, played, sir; well played.
Just got back from “Cloverfield”, which was very good; definitely a “Godzilla” for the 9/11 generation (and especially for me, since I’m from New York).
My only problem with the film is that it suffers from what I call “Blair Witch Project Syndrome”, which is common with action films shot handheld. Essentially, BWPS is when there’s a lot of running and looking behind with a handheld camera, which causes the audience to develop splitting headaches.
Handheld work is very raw and feels like a real person, but there were times during “Cloverfield” when I was praying for a Steadicam shot.
Please, folks; don’t let BWPS happen to YOUR film.

Man, typing on an iPhone is slightly shit. Anyone had any long term exposure to the iPhone? Does it get easier?!?
I’m used to the tactile response that I get from my Treo keyboard.

It gets easier i suppose, you memorise where exactly you need to press to get the specific key after a while. Kind of like how you know that the 5 button is in the middle of the phone… but harder.
Also i’m wondering how fat ppl use them in america?
